First three paragraphs try to say that parents and employers having things like paying for children's tuition and like, employer-sponsored insurance = welfare system

IT only equals welfare if it's government funded. SO yes if your employer is the government and they use tax payer dollars to fund your insurance and retirement, it's pretty much the same as well fare from a tax payer cost perspective.


It doesn't include the middle class whose employers pay for insurance. It's specifically talking about medicaid/care
