I'm not sure how in depth you want me to go but , Lightning is a element used by many ninja in the narutoverse . Like the 3rd and fourth Raikage , Sasuke uchiha , and kakashi hatake . It is strong against Earth because it can easily travel through it. As a result it is weak against Futon because it is a natural electrical insulator.

*After i say those words i start firing 3-4 small bolts of lightning towards the directed tree. I'm amazed that i just preformed my first Raiton justu. But i try to keep my cool* Hmph, I'm a Jounin . I can do this in my sleep .
Strong points

• - Its a good distraction for a higher level match .
• - Its only a D rank justu . It has a good payoff for a low Chakra cost.
• - This can be used to add damage to a water justu .

Weak points

• - Its a weak justu in general. If i didn't know better somebody could just stand still and not be effected too much by such a weak justu.
• - Its mid range. This justu would be a lot better at long range pointing at a suiton user in a body of water.
• - It can be easily countered by almost any offensive tech .

Strategy/Combinations
You can combine this justu with a suiton justu in order to increase the damage tenfold. Just as i listed earlier.
Ways to counter: Like i said early this justu is pretty weak. It can be countered by almost any Genin or higher shinobi with a basic offensive attack . (Whew, sure is a lot for a d rank justu lol )

Hmm ? You want me to slam my hands into ground ? Well ok lets go . *I put on my gloves and prepare myself for this next justu. I start by focusing my chakra into my feet and running up a tree. As i'm nearing the top of the tree i use the tiger handsign once again to focus Raiton chakra into my hands. Once that's done i start running down towards the ground, i leap off the tree and slam my hands into the ground sending electo charges throughout the ground.*

• - If this justu is poorly timed it may hurt you .
• - Its not effective at all at mid-long range.
• - Can't do much to Arial taijustu users. Like a person who uses Dynamic entry .

Strategy/Combinations
Using this on a grounded opponent who is close could throw them off (As listed earlier)
Ways to counter: This can be easily countered by simply jumping off the ground. Or moving back to a farther range.(Sorry if these Weak points and so on are sketch. Not to much one can say about a D rank justu)

Good. The only way you can really hurt yourself with that jutsu is by using it whilst standing on water. Also you cannot dodge jutsu by jumping up in the air or running out the way, you need to use a valid jutsu to move you out the way ^_^

Ok so this next one i get to be like Raikage eh ? Sounds like a plan .
- Standing in the same area i punched , i start to control my charka using the ox handsign instead of the tiger which i use to focus my chakra into one body part. Now i must control it the point where it looks like an lightning aura around my body . After a few moments of building and flowing my chakra, i start to glow blueish , feeling a slight surge in power i give the final push to erupt some of my raiton chakra around my body- Lightning style Raging thunder !

• - Can't improve speed like Raikage's A ranked Raiton justu .
• - n/a(I hope you don't mind me putting N/a for some of these, D ranked justu is a little harder to come up with mulitple weak and strong points for a low level justu )

Strategy/Combinations
Mixing this with Taijustu can improve the damage by a little .

It's okay if you cant think of three strengths/weaknesses for the lower rank jutsu, but I'll expect three as we hit the higher ones ^_^

Ooh a shield aye ? Sounds like a plan . Watch and learn Sensei .
Before i start the justu i walk over to another tree that is not broken, then shorty after i reach the tree i use the tiger handsign to charge chakra and allow it to flow throughout my body. I then go on to extend my right arm raising my hand up . I use a suiton justu instead of the Raiton justu you told me to use.- Water style sword of draining !

Using on hand i use a handsign similar to the Katsu handsign used by Haku and Deidara to charge my chakra with one hand. After focusing it in my hand i now use the Raiton justu you told me to use the first time.Raiton Sandaa Sabaru !

Strong points

• - Can knock back an overagrasive taijustu user.
• - Looks baws. Can be a very intimaditing move even though its a D rank justu .
• - A great defense is a better offence. This move should be able to be used as both .

Weak points

• - Very weak compared to other barrier techniques .
• - Can be easily evaded, this move is not a stealth move by any means.
• - Not sure what will happen if the user is hit or targeted by a ranged attack.

Strategy/Combinations
This like the move earlier can be used to increase the damage of a taijustu move, or work in unison with one..
Ways to counter:
Using A projectile of any element.
