He gathers people who share his and Madara's views and creates a cult that wants to find a way to recreate the infinite tsukyomi, even if it means spilling blood to create a new Shinju. Years later, he is around the age of Naruto and Sasuke and his plans have been set and ready to be out into action, this comes to the wandering Sasuke's attention, and thus the battle begins.
