I honestly don't know what to expect. If Black Zetsu fully possesses Madara/revives Kaguya, I hope she's well-written... substituting Madara as a villain, at this point, is just a huge risk on Kishi's part.

It was one thing when Madara swapped with Obito; that was a natural progression, since Obito was always the pawn. Obito's defeat gave his character a chance to come full-circle.
