Good, Bad, and Sin don't exist? What?

Yesterday 2 threads were made one stated sin does not exist, and the other stated good and bad is up to interpretation this does not really exist. Do any of you actually believe these claims? If so it's no wonder the world is getting more and more immoral.

Sin isn't really a religious thing entirely it's another way of saying bad. At least that's how I view sin. Anyway I only bring it up because it was one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard.

Sin is just a title we slap on all the things we see as bad. So yes it exists, as a man made concept.

It's human nature to feel empathy so if someone does a massacre, in his twisted mind he might think he's doing the right thing, but imagine someone that never learned any morals or values and is a normal person (not a psycopath), this person may not know the difference in good and bad but he would naturally feel sad (and angry) from seeing dead people all around

In order to maintain order as a species the majority of us must maintain a sense of order and morality.

Good, bad, and sin exist. Even if u feel it is just a common understanding. If it didn't no one would have a conscience and we all would have just killed each other already.

We all have a degree of moral sense from youth and from that point it can either be refined or degraded based on your environment and what u choose to take in.

There are too things that cause good and bad to exist

• Human nature
• Conscience

Good and bad are perceptions. Nothing is either inherently good or bad. Acting on one's own self interest may benefit the individual but hurt society. Were the individual's actions bad? The majority may say yes, but the individual would certainly say that it was good since he benefited from it. So yeah good and bad are just bad up words to brand the actions of certain people. Sin is just an extension of bad but from a religious standpoint thus making it a pointless idea.

Okay, the ability to feel empathy in inherent in humans so if something pains one, others will empathise. This is what I believe guides morality. Certain 'bad' actions can be considered fine to some depending on which way their moral compass points. Eg killing a man because he raped your child is okay to me, but others may disagree and that's fine because good and bad are entirely subjective.
