Killua wins either way. His Narukami (lightning bolt) paralyzed and stunned Youpi for a while. It takes no time to charge too. Killua hits him with that, and then proceeds to take him out.

Well, if this was Enraged Gon, then I can see him winning. He should be powerful enough to beat up Killua.

Killua wins. I never quite understood why Killua stopped using his assassin techniques (always felt Killua just sandbagged while around Gon).

i honestly feel like killua is rarely ever used to his potential and is anchored to gon.
not to say that he's eons stronger, but the no-murder philosophy he adopted when befriending gon makes him seem more ... dull.
i'd with the restrictions, i'd give the fight to killua.
