Ugh water it's such a drag but it is very helpful none the less.
I expect more knowledge from you now that you understand how we train and what points you should cover!
Now to start out tell me why did you pick water as your next element, what do you know about it. Tell me everything.

I picked water next because that is what i want to specialize in, including lightning of course because i think if i was too master both elements i could do a lot of combos and get a lot of wins if i learn how to master both so i can combine the two in battles. I want to learn not only the jutsus but the safety in combining them as well. I don't know much about forming the jutsus thats why your teaching me after all but i know that its a pretty powerful release.

some water users are zabuza, haku, yagura, and tobirama.
water is strong against fire because water extinguishes flame and wind doesn't. Water is weak against earth because earth is a sponge against water. Lightning can be used with water to make it more powerful either way.

No not really but when I ask for detail at least try to find some good points. Listing one kg that uses water is kinda lazy.
For instance you could have said
- storm
- wood
- Hozuki mainly just awesome water users IMO
Stuff such as this which should by now be common knowledge to most people if it is not then maybe reason the wiki would help you. It's not like I'm asking you to explain the whole history of the water element.

... i really question you now since you said that, im not sure if your just saying ''no not really'' because a lot of people disliked your message or your actually being serious. You really hurt my feelings and i trusted you to teach me, how would you feel if wesobi or whoever taught you said that to you? I really didn't know what kg used water.. its not that im lazy, its that i need teaching which is why your here.. but i guess ill look at the wiki and give a response.. tomorrow, because you really hurt me.
Alright then I want you to walk over to that river over there and sit in the middle of it. I want you to feel the flow of the water, along with how it feels wether it's cold and the strength of it. While focusing on those points I want you to place your hands on the water and then manipulate the water up from in front of you. Let's say about a foot high off the river try, try focusing on directing the water with you water chakra.
Watches to see if this kid will grasp what water really is and what it can accomplish in life. Will he fail the first time or is he a child prodigy, tune in next episode to find out!

What he was asked to do was odd it seemed at first, with a weird but questionable look towards sensei it didn't really matter after all if he found it odd or not rather he must do it or fail without question. After a deep sigh that emitted from his mouth and through the black mask he was wearing he calmly took a few steps forward in the direction of the river side. Once arriving at the edge of the water Kazuhiro couldn't help his self but to reflect upon him from the reflection in the water, His appearance today stood over his comprehension but after a few seconds of needless day dream he snapped out of the trance and began to step foot into the water. Kazuhiro's foot at first hovered over the water but then eventually when he got use of using chakra to balance ones self on top of shallow water it was like cake, lifting one foot after the other he walked nearest to the center where he thought it would be and sat down. Kazuhiro knew that this wasn't in the command but rather he thought if he was more closest then the edge it would mean a better chance to understand the flow of water itself, and so thus he closed his eyes and rested the back of his hands on top of his knees that was bend inward in a leg cross sitting fashion. Several thoughts ran threw his mind, but what he knew for sure is that the water some how felt more thicker like a sluggish matter but tougher then regular clear water. Kazuhiro felt victim to curiosity but at the same time knew that it was his duty to do so he let his hands relax which caused them to fall down and into the water, The water felt different as if back in lightning training where chakra flew and surged but not as quite, this time it flowed with the chakra instead of surging through it and with gentle care chakra eventually flowed out ward from the palms and into the water. Kazuhiro suddenly lifted his hands up from the water and opened his eyes, clapping his hands together in one motion he focuses his chakra to form a perfect foot high stream that swirled upwards from the river and formed in front of his crossed legs. ''I understand the nature of water'' he proclaimed whilst in the middle of performing this jutsu.
For D-Ranks we are going to proceed with basic performances.

Okay to start off we will begin very simple. I want you to gather your raw chakra and release the chakra forward while manipulating the nature of the chakra into suiton chakra. Summon a small wave of water and send it towards the dummy set up short range. It should wash up the dummy. Fairly simple nothing much to say here. Try though to be descriptive as possible for your sake.

Due to the fact that the dummy wasn't a actual individual Kazu could merely walk calmly towards it without the fear of being attack and thus that is what he exactly did. Kazu stops his footing when he was close enough to the dummy and with careful concentration he gathered chakra within him and then released it forward, eventually Kazu manipulated that chakra into water where it would slash against the dummy causing the dummy to become a soggy mess.

The ultimate example of shape manipulation is the Rasengan, which is described as shape manipulation that has been taken "to the highest possible level". The Rasengan relies heavily on chakra control and does not require the use of hand seals. By building up on precepts learned from the Tree Climbing Practice and Water Surface Walking Practice chakra control exercises, the Rasengan is chakra that has been rotated and then compressed into the shape of a sphere.
Shape transformation is one of two necessary components for creating or modifying a technique, the second component being nature transformation. While shape transformation changes the form and movement of chakra, nature transformation changes the actual nature of the chakra, altering its properties and characteristics. Because of this, a technique like the Rasengan can be turned into the Wind Release: Rasengan or Wind Release: Rasenshuriken. The cutting nature of Wind Release, combined with the spiralling movement of chakra, can change the chakra into millions of minuscule blades in a spiralling formation.
I like the "manga" feel you placed into that. Be sure to always use this concepts in performances for accurate depictions.
(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dojutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.
A very famous water jutsu, I want you to gather your chakra in the pit of your stomach and manipulate the nature into suiton chakra. Thin out the suiton chakra to an extent and release from your mouth a thick mist all over the terrain. Release it in between us so when it covers the terrain we will lose vision of one another. Another simple tech nothing to much about it. I should tell you though using a water source to create the mist is much more faster, the opponent would have little to no time to stop the mist covering the area. Though for now use your own chakra source.
