9 times out of 10 he will have some sort of knowledge on the weapons and plan it from there. He can either use Susanoo clones to go in for the kill or just launch a meteor and end it there.

but you forget Kinkaku and Ginkaku appear to trigger Version 2 through rage as well, but they retain control of their minds and do not seem to suffer any damage to their bodies. also the fact they are closer related to the sage himself then madara is

], I don't see how you assume that one of these attacks would be capable of destroying any of Madara's Mokuton techniques. Especially since Naruto needed to use Chōōdama Rasen Tarengan in order to destroy Madara's Jukai Kōtan.
