Hm......tough one but I think A's speed would led to his victory over the Gold and Silver brothers. That's just my thoughts though.

this all depends on wether A keeps his mouth shut. If he starts talking to them about how he is going to smash them he is going to end up sealed.

With or without the items, A will win. they try to fight him with the items means they can't transform, and A blitze's them in V2.
They transform and A eventually defeats both of them since the bigger gets pushed back by a mere rolling tank.

without tools i think gold and silver brothers got this, if they both turn into 6 tails from the beginning of the fight

It doesn't matter if the Gin and Kin Brothers have the tools or not. They were from Kumogakure! You don't think A would know of their abilities inside and out? A would win regardless. Contrary to popular belief A is no fool.
