dont worry it will turn, akira is already starting to care enought, that he made dbz into a multiverse. and told that there are other gods in the multiverse. this will definetly might turn into a tv series, not manga, but a canon tv series, under direction of akira toriyama is possible.

these are the words he said in 1995 which was way ahead of its time. now we trully understand what he meants. toriyama meant to continue dragon ball someday. he just wanted to take a break. im sure now that he has more free time than usual and less responsibilities he should have no problem going back making dragon ball story.

Toriyama said after BOG's that he wanted Vegeta to be the main protagonist if they make a new movie and they have so he better have delivered. Regardless Vegeta's in the front cover right next to Goku so he'll definitely be playing a major roll at least.

I wouldn't say that Vegeta has a pretty big fan base, not as big as Goku's, but one of the biggest in the series. Vegeta and Goku will team up to beat this powerful frieza, both will probably be a SSJ God status as well. I think the spotlight will be split between the two of them in this one
