[Discussion] Goku's Japaneses Voice actor was just absolutely terrible.

I could never watch an english subbed episode of DBZ because of how terrible Goku sounded. Its pretty surprising that DBZ could get so popular in Japan with such an annoying voice for the main character.

English dub > Original.

His voice could be better, I agree. And I really enjoyed my country's dub, even more than the english one.

But one thing is true. The japanese OST, they are better than the american's. The american's are good too, but the japanese are epic.

The only good japanese voices, though, were vegeta's and piccolo's.

Eh, I don't think it's terrible for me. And I guess it's just that people are so used to English dub that they find the Japanese one somewhat terrible.

I have no problem at all with the original voice. I kinda like it.

No I had no problem jumping from Naruto's dub voice to his Original japanese voice. But for DBZ its just not possible IMO.

well your opinion is clearly worthless.
hate the pitch all you want but the acting itself is fantastic with a wide range of emotion.
she voices turles too so we know she can play a menacing villain and gohan is a cute kid under her direction.

the entire english dub is beyond worse and massively annoying. the dub failed in every aspect that a dub COULD fail. needless editing, needless cutting out of content, needless changing of crucial dialogue which made plot holes and character inconsistencies, pointless and terrible music switching.
one bad japanese voice > an entirely bad dub cast and script

I can't watch American or English version.The voice sucks and let alone the music are horrible.
There is nothing better than orignal version.

By the way Luffy has same voice as Goku .
