Background Info.
Natsu does not have clear memory of his past. The first thing that he remembered was waking up in the bottom of a canyon. He was badly injured. Before he fainted, he saw a face. He woke up 1 week later completely recovered. He makes the acquaintance of his savior, Ur (a beautiful woman) who was astonish by the fast healing capacity of the latter. Natsu told to Ur that he did not remember anything. Ur handed a sword to him on which was engrave Gokudera D. Natsu.
Natsu surprised Ur walking on water; she wanted to do it too. He asked Ur to teach him these abilities. The first training was to teach Natsu how to mould his chakra; Natsu was able to master it in a full day (24hrs). Then Ur decided to increase the difficulty of the training; Natsu had to mould the chakra around his feet and then climbed a tree. That part of the training was very difficult and it took Natsu a week to understand how it works plus 3 days to master it. Finally came the most difficult training where Natsu was teaches how to walk on water. During this training he had to change the wavelength of his chakra so that it is proportional to the wave motion. It took him 4 weeks and 5 days to master it.
After the training Ur tried to teach him some taijutsu. Natsu fighting skill was amazing. He is agile and his reflex is extraordinary. His speed is awesome and his strength is abnormal for his age. He did not need to be teach how to fight; it was like a second nature. Ur wanted to know what Natsu was capable with the sword.
After a month, some bandit attacked Ur and Natsu. While fighting with the bandit, Natsu got a flashback. He remembered a fight before he was push into the canyon. While remembering those memories, Natsu was no more caring about the fight. One of the bandits was about to slash Natsu, but Ur jump in front of the sword to protect Natsu. She was killed and Natsu was shocked. The bandits’ boss captures Natsu. It was the same person Natsu was fighting before he fell in the canyon. He recognizes Natsu and he decided to leave the dirty job to his henchman. He moves away leaving Natsu in the hand of his henchman.
The bandit was about to kill Natsu when two mysterious person (in ninja suit) appeared. They fight and killed all the bandits. When done, they remove their mask off their face and reveal a boy and a girl. They were twin from Konoha village. They introduce themselves as Haru (the girl) and Gray (the boy). Haru was a hyper person, she like to talk and is always hanging around Natsu’s neck. Gray was the complete opposite, silent and mysterious. They were returning to the village after a mission and they notice the fight.
They help Natsu to bury Ur and after try to understand why those bandits attacked the Ur. It seems that did not know that Natsu was still alive. They decided to take Natsu with them to Konoha in order to protect him, and to make a report on the event. Before living, Natsu promised to kill the murder of Ur; he took his sword and went off with Haru and Gray.
On their way to Konoha, they fought some opponent, and Natsu was able to discover the strength of his 2 comrades. Haru was a skillful ninja who like to use genjutsu. She was a medical ninja who was readily healing her friends. Her punch was very strong; she can crack the ground with her fist (she spied on a pink hair girl to learn that techniques). Gray is a genius according to Haru; he can make combination of both of taijutsu and ninjutsu that are awesome. He is a skillful fighter. On the battle field, he was a different person.
When they arrive in Konoha they brought Natsu to the hokage, Tsunade, to whom they report everything. Tsunade sent two ninja to look for the bandit boss, according to the description that Natsu gave to them. Tsunade ask Haru and Gray to stay with Natsu. A drunkard was passing by and he picks a fight with Natsu. He grabs Natsu in the vest and pulls him. The vest was torn off. Everybody in the surrounding was surprise. On Natsu back was tattooed the logo of the Uchiha. Natsu did not remember that he got the tattoo. He did not even remember that he formed part of any clan.
Haru explain to him the meaning of that logo. Natsu must be from Konoha as the Uchiha clan is only found in Konoha and they are known as the strongest ninja. Natsu got a flashback where he saw a younger self being taking out of Konoha by a couple. And an old man was talking to them; he was wearing the same hat as Tsunade.
They returned to see Tsunade and show her the logo. She allowed Natsu to stay in the village. In order to earn a living, Natsu asked if he could do some mission. He was allow doing so, but need to pass the academy exam. It was too easy for him. He teamed up with his 2 comrade, Haru and Gray; and start doing some mission.
The 2 ninjas, who were sent to look for information on the bandit boss, return after two weeks. The name was Silver, a missing-nin from Konoha. He had kill a friend and run off of the village. The 2 ninjas reported that Silver was to the east of the village. When he heard about this, Natsu he set off, Tsunade was unable to stop him. Natsu came face to face to silver and they fought each other. Silver power was superior to that of Natsu, who was completely beaten. Silver heard many ninja coming in his direction, so he leave Natsu half death.
Natsu woke up in Konoha hospital where Haru was sleeping next to him and Gray was staring outside through the window. Natsu promised to himself that he will become stronger and fought Silver again, but this time he will be the winner.
