There are few Comic fans who tend to discredit better durability feats and cherry pick the shitty one as his limit. Even a kid with half a brain would recall that Goku tanked a lot more as a KID. This isn't the case with comics however. When Deathstroke hurt Flash with his sword, everyone acknowledged that it is a Plot induced stupidity but they don't acknowledge PIS when it happens in DB verse. The amount of hypocrisy and double standards for Dragonball is amazing.

Its time to END the lowball.

Difference is, Vegeta lowered his Ki minimum (so it was bellow krillins), Goku hadn't lowered his to minimum, since he was still in Sjj blue.
Even if he did lower it, He still had enough Ki built up to maintain Ssj blue, Which again dwarfs any kind of Power level that lazer emits.

That laser was kinda weak actually. Sorbet demonstrated that attack and it only managed to make a hole through a rock. Agreed, inconsistency is a common thing in fiction.

Apparently, Aquaman's punch was so powerful it sent Post Crisis Superman flying (A man who has tanked multiple Supernovas effortlessly). This doesn't make Superman's durability bad. Plot overrules physics in fiction. Comic fans should realize this and stop lowballing for real.

It's like what happened between krillin and perfect cell back in the cell saga. Cell just transformed, payed zero attention to anything, had his guard completely down, Didn't even flex his Ki what so ever

but even while he was suppressing his new unknown power, the power he was out putting in his perfect form even while suppressed completely eclipsed krillins, thus his attacks did nothing even while cells guard was non-existent.

Same should have happened between goku and the little Pee shooter he almost got killed by, but it didn't to create some sort of suspense in the story and to go with whis point. It would of been far better if Goku powered down and it happened, not while he was in his ssj blue form.

He means to say that even if Goku managed to lower his Ki to a bare minimum in SSGSS, the laser beam of a mere mortal weapon shouldn't have injured a character that is supposedly in God form.

Thank you for the clarification. We all want that laser scene to not exist, that much is obvious due to Goku's new healing factor. Its an obvious plothole which shouldn't be used to lowball.
