honestly during the fight where goku uses spirit bomb on android 13 you can clearly tell that just the amount of energy goku had was actually overkill to kill android 13 who effortlessly destroyed, ssj vegeta, trunks, piccolo, and every z fighter including goku.
infact goku is soo overpowered when he gets absorbed by spirit bomb, just being next to him for a short period of time would literaly vaporize you from existance and thats just in super saiyan 1 and not even ssj4 goku had that type of capabaility when pan was easily able to be around him without gokus ki killing her, now imagine if goku in ssj god decided to absorb himself in spirit bomb star, not even a solar system would be enough to actually sustain him without everyplanet turning into a vaporized dust, thats why if goku actually absorbed a spirit bomb during bills fight
he would have easily won the fight and easily would have been an intimidation for whis, since not even he would be able to win a fight against a universal spirit bomb absorbed goku.

ssj1 absorbed SB goku shits on any ssj form anyway, so it would make sense that he wouldnt need to use super saiyan 3 anymore when he is already stronger in his base mode than super saiyan 3

considering how anything in dragon ball is 1 shottable, hell, heaven, employees who work there dimensions and dragon ball z actually has multiverses, it proves that universe in dbz verse is 1 shottable can goku one shot it? difinetly if he uses a universal spirit bomb and multiplies its power with super saiyan form, that would give him more than the amount of energy a universe in the first place has given him. meaning that he will have the power to destroy him, but it doesnt mean that he will. unless hes fighting a universe buster or the universe itself no villian would be simply be strong enough to exist. goku always has too much tricks up to sleeve in the end when hes loosing. not just bunch of fist fighting and generic ki blasts.
