apparently not since superman spent 5 days in the core of the earth benchpressing the earths weight and only dropped one sweat while complainning why the earth doesn't weight more also superman has limiters in place so wen he flex's the earths tectonic plates don't shift and goku against stronger characters has to use all his strenght plus help for others while superman is the only character to ever been written to be progressively weaker in the comics since he so over-power the closest we've ever been to seeing supermans true ablities is pre-crisis also anything goku can do or has been through get trumped by superman getting hit head on by to planets beats getting crushed by great apes patching holes in reality with your own neural electro signals beats super spirit bomb,etc

This debate is so retarded. First off why would they even be fighting in the first place? Second would they even really be trying to hurt each other? Superman doesn't like to kill. Goku just wants a good fight. Third you people actually think the creators would allow thier characters to be used in an OFFICIAL battle and LOSE? Lastly what a lot of people forget. Especially superman fans. Is that by the end of dragon ball GT goku merged with shenron. For those who don't know what that means its like this. Goku can simply wish superman out of existence. Being a fan doesn't make you an expert, like many of the Naruto readers here, you blatantly disregard certain stated facts.
Superman died serveral times, but returned. The one time he didn't was a none cannon story, and even then he wasn't depicted as dead..

What I'm referring to which you obviously forget is the science behind Superman, as stated in Allstar, that no matter the damage, that he's able to regenerate, even when presumed dead.

DBZ has a formula, yeah, but DC doesn't follow that rule, nor does one follow the other in any sort of way.

IF, and yeah I mean IF, you really know Superman and DBZ, you know that no matter how many galaxies Goku can bust, none of it would bust Superman. Not to mention, that Goku has a limited stamina, ans Supes does not.

It's presumptious if you know the awnser to one of the world's easiest questions.

umm superman doomsday he died for 17 or so days and came back to fight and kill a clone of himself who knows he every move and the clone is in perfect condition while superman was in a weakened state its like you've never watched/read or seen any animated dc movies
