It only takes .05 seconds for Tatsuya to activate decomposition and that's without flash cast. With flash cast it will activate practically instantly. Goku's only chance is if he has a space suit on and uses IT to transport himself away from the earth and blow it up, though Tatsuya could counter this if he has third eye connected to the hubble telescope in order to snipe Goku with Material Burst in space.

goku is above kami tenchi, goku is beyond TTGL tier, Slayers get stomped, Over wanked saint seiya verse gets stomped, with their imaginary fanboys that use non canon galaxy busting scans ^^
also end of z goku could probably solo beerus and whis easily since it takes place way after goku obtains godly ki. and his kid form was able to destroy dimensions with his kamehameha.

You don't get it, there is no tanking Mist Dispersion or Material Burst.

Mist Dispersion targets the targets information(otherwise known as the targets exsistance) and directly decomposes its matter down to the molecules themselves, so it doesn't matter how strong the person is it's impossible to tank.

As for Material Burst it converts matter/mass into pure energy. If he uses Material Burst on Goku, he would transform Goku's matter and mass into energy and the blast radius would decompose anything in its radius.
