Who wins?
They're all fighting in the cave where Sasuke and Itachi fought Kabutomaru.
I personally believe the Gokage will win.
Tsunade (transformed) summons the slug and takes care of Orochimaru and manda.
The 4 other Kages put the Uchiha to sleep.

Susanoo's are getting locked down by gaara's sand, and broken by Aye+Onoki combo (Or dust release).
Gaara's sand has also been shown to be fast enough to block enton.

If I remember correctly spores are a time-lapse jutsu that would not go into effect until at least ten minutes into the battle
