He can, but while he's dealing with the mist, it could just be a cover for Raikage to land his attack similar to the set up in the Gokage battle. And because Kakuzu focused on the mist he'd be caught by Raikage. Then Kicked by Tsunade and attacked by Mei's jutsu. He'd be done for really quickly actually. Like I said, against the Gokage, he's not a factor.

Lol so ay is going to do this while a massive AoE Wind attack that just basically killed Mei, and is blowing everything and anything back, :| nah,
