[Discussion] Gohan is a joke now

For those who read chapter 2 of the little special on the new movie, Frieza comes to earth and the Z-Fighters are prepared to fight him and his forces. Then this line pops up, Gohan: "I haven't been training, I can still go super saiyan...I think....I hope." WHAT!? :Omg: Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Gohan at one point the strongest character in the series? What the hell is going on? I feel so bad for Gohan fans his character has gone downhill after the Cell arc IMO.

I still find it pretty bad writing, he has to guess if he can turn super saiyan when this is 2 years after the buu saga and dude could turn super saiyan 7 YEARS! after the cell arc :| that makes no sense honestly. Well, I can't wait to see Gohan get wrecked by 1st form Frieza even though it took 3rd form Frieza to take on Gohan when he was a kid...damn. This is a odd series, why is everything so backwards!?

Gohan isn't even supposed to go super saiyan. Lol his ultimate power is using his base mode just powering up to his max potential. It's dumb cuz gohan was supposed to be the strongest TWICE. First was when he went ssj2 against cell and second was ultimate power when he fought against super buu. At that point he was supposed to be the strongest but he got sh*tted on -.- poor gohan.

Nah. As gohan grew older he realized that sometimes fighting was necessary. He's a fighter but only when he has to fight. Plus gohan never really wanted to be a scholar that was something that was forced on him.

Alright, you got me there on that. And I'm not looking forward to it either, I heard a Frieza soldier on Zarbon level took on Piccolo with ease in the movie..ugh.
