There was a discussion moments ago on how everything got here on a thread about how someone felt that Athiests are constantly bashing on Christians- not what this thread is about. This thread is about that conversation that was at hand.
I was typing a response. However, the thread was deleted (?) before I could finish. So I'm Pasting it here, just for the viewing of you all. Feel free to critique, argue against, support, or ponder on it. Without any further ado, here it is!

If your looking at it through a scientific approach.Everything was made through a previous chain reaction before it.

It wasn't made by "chance" Chance is a word that that carries the meaning it has now because it was made by us humans.

There was no "chance" or "random" occurrences before us.

A long chain of energy formation and chemical reactions dictated by the the already pre- existing "primordial stew"was what allowed us to come into being.

Somewhere down the line if things took a different path we could all be lizard people and we would still be wondering what made us that way instead of something else.
