Don't watch the Toriko anime. Toei never did a good job with it and it ends on some BS anime only ending. They literally butchered the best arc that the Toriko manga has to offer atm.

There's an OVA done by ufotable that covers the first 2 chapters which is good considering it was done in 2009. You can watch the OVA here (be sure to read the first 2 chapters again since they skipped over some details):

In terms of power-levels, they far exceeded One Piece & Naruto. I haven't watched much of Super but the top tiers in Toriko can beat the top tiers in DBZ. Toriko himself can't beat DBZ characters just yet like David said but at EoS it'll be a cake walk for him. You won't see the true power levels of Toriko once you reach the timeskip (around chapter 260-ish) and you'll definitely see it's potential when you get into it's timeskip. For now, just read Toriko and don't expect anything huge to happen in the beginning.

The crossover with DBZ-OP-Toriko, I never actually watched a Toriko episode.
