I begin to focus on a huge amount of chakra, circulating it through my body in viscous rotations. Then, focusing most of it towards the top of my head, dominantly my brain, where the first point lies. And upon doing so, I activate the point, opening the first gate

Well, get adapt to having it opened. Once so, we will focus on the second gate. The Gate of uhm.. Healing, was it? No, is that the third? Can't remember. Anyway... Get adapt, do some laps, dashes whatever.

Standing firm, with my first gate open, I begin to dash around the training field, from place to place, till I feel that my movement has been adapted to the effects of the first gate open. Jumping in a diving motion this time, I place my hands on the ground as I'm about to touch it, and push myself up, performing a sort of flip, going around you in circles, I finish it off by having my back towards you and performing a backwards somersault, landing in front of you with a huge grin on my face.

Good your body should be used to it by now. Force chakra in to neighboring gate. The second gate is also situated in the head. Force open it. But try not to damage it.

Having my first gate opened and accustomed to the effects it brings, I stay still and concentrate on the chakra in my body, circulating it around viscously and concentrating it specifically to my brain again, to be even more precise the 2nd gate, overloading it with chakra but to a balance, not too much which will damage me, an adequate amount which effectively opens the gate.

After some time, with the effort the gate is opened, veins begin to appear on my body, as the effects kick in
