Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

Materlize a huge amount of water which you then via shape manipulation, form into a huge serpent alike shape, which you make leash at your opponent. The water jutsu remains stationery meaning it cannot move it's base of it's structure.
After that, form water chakra within your gullet, whereafter exhaling a rotating bullet of water, which you direct at your opponent.
After that form the tiger hand sign, stomp your foot onto the ground, and cause a crescent formed water wave to erupt from it, sent vertically at your opponent.
Smirk builds up chakra throughout his body as he preforms two hand seals and channels it directly in front of him, creating a large amount of water, in which he manipulates to form[shape into] a huge serpent, immediately after the serpent forms, Smirk focuses chakra within his GULLET, enabling him to shoot out a water bullet after exhaling. Smirk then preforms a single tiger hand seal, while he releases chakra as he stomps the ground with his right foot, causing a crescent shaped wave of water to erupt from the ground
