So one of the new things is glow tag which appears in the editor. It's located next to jutsu tag and can be kinda confusing when beginning. Using it you can make your text glow like this -> Lul Wut <-

So as it asks for option just type some color and see if it works. I haven't tried them all and I wont do so

I use firefox 3.6 beta and it works.

Glow isn't part of the WSC's html specs. It should only work on IE browsers. Are you getting a background color or you're saying that the text is actually glowing?
