This is from chapter 3, now if we all agree that this translation is correct, can you explain to me what made naruto come to realization that back then he liked her? To what was he reffering to?

Yeah ok but still the way he says it is as if he talks about a trait of hers or something. Her falling in love for Sasuke doesn't explain it. Unless Naruto likes girls that ar not interested in him.
