Give me a reson for Naruto becoming Hokage

LoL, it was "overshadowed?" LoL. and why shouldn't Naruto become Hokage? he's the most powerful shinobi in Konoha, and while he may be a bit dumb and not know much about running a village, he has plenty of people--like Shikamaru and Tsunade, if she lives thru the war, and Shizune and Kakashi and others to help him, not to mention he now has access to the wisdom of the long lived Kurama. Naruto simply needs to learn to start asking Kurama questions, LoL, and also Naruto is privy to certain info that no one else knows, which in itself gives him a certain amount of power. Plus there is no doubt that all of the other Kage would support his becoming Hokage. i mean, with his power and the amount of respect he now wields from the other countries/villages for what he's done in the war, there is no reason he shouldn't be Hokage. like i said, he may not know much about running a village but he could learn quickly with Shikamaru and Kakashi helping him

Well here a few reasons. He is strong enough, he loves the village, and the people want him as hokage. He may not be an intellectual powerhouse or a politician, but he delegate duties like those to his advisers.(Shikamaru is my guess.) And he is no longer a complete idiot either. Besides, he could even learn those aspects on his own one day.

He has saved the village and the village wants him to be hokage. He is also the strongest which is one of the most important requirements. He is charismatic and the other kages respect him something Shikamaru does not have.

Kishi giveth and Kishi can take away. It's quite possible that through the course of the war Naruto's dream has changed. He has grown and changed dramatically since Juraiya's death. He has grown up and sometimes growing up means changing your dreams. Finding a way toward peace seems more important to him than it ever was.

When Juraiya first spoke to him about hatred in the ninja world it did not even make an impression on him. It could be that after the war he might see his role differently. As Hokage you have to put your village and your people first, that might not be what Naruto sees as his purpose after the war. Bringing peace to the ninja world would require someone who was interested in all of the villages not just one village.
