He has proven that he's best in everything. He can use Kamui in juubi mode while Obito admitted it was too much for him to handle.
Madara does it with one try while Obito struggles after years and years of training.

Also keep in mind Madara has more Juubi power within him than previous juubi jin Obito which makes it even harder to move when using Kamui... I have never seen someone who got outclassed as Obito.

He adapted fast yes but thats not what I disagree with. I disagree with the point you made in the OP which is incorrect atleast from what I gather now. I'm not arguing with what you said in this post though.
