He could when he first developed it also. He still has to get to the enemy which seems to require running at a high speed. That said, I think I saw in the pain arc that he can stream it now so that should help. It limits him though.

Actually.. That moment Madara attacked was perfect. Kakashi is more then worn out after being on the front-line for pretty much the whole war. Every encounter he had, was testing his luck.

I don't think anyone ... mmm ... "hates" Kakashi, he's cool, elite, all-around likeable. What few did tolerate was the fanboys and their infamous Kamui Snipe, which to date still has a win record of 0. Maybe they will chill now?
