FFS its annoying to see all these threads and vs sections about who fk's Kakashi up now he dont have Kamui anymore, give the man a break we dont know if he will get his eye back or something better, everyone know he lost a huge power spike, but saying "hinata kills kakashi" "Kakashi cant see shinos bugs they suck him dry. - game over." is just weird, only thing i agree on is that he definately is not in top 15. He is still a expert, and a good jounin, also why do people claim he cant use raikiri? if i recall right Gai said around the Chunnin exams that it was the only attack he devoloped and created himself, why would he need sharingan to use it? Zzz

It's true that he created it himself but the chidori leaves you open to any hits while using it so he needs sharingan for a counter. Minato said that it is too risky to use before he got the sharingan.

Yea i remember what Minato said about the attack now thanks for the replies, i dont care much for Kamuis hax, but Kakashi have been cool the whole series trough, he have been a interesting character and have shown many cool feats, but after being beat up like shit by obito & madara, and getting his eye ripped out like a fodder its disgusting to see all these shit threads about how Hinata for example now win vs him, its absurd

He could when he first developed it also. He still has to get to the enemy which seems to require running at a high speed. That said, I think I saw in the pain arc that he can stream it now so that should help. It limits him though.
