look i like sasuke and i understand his character and most of his choices but follow through is not one of his strong points and not because he wont do it but because he flip flops on his view point every time we see him

Did he "kill" Itachi or watch him die because I and I'm sure a majority will agree that Itachi's disease killed Itachi not Sasuke. Besides getting revenge what exactly has he said he would do and then done?
