In RL it's there are two ways.

1) the Long way
first be friends with her first, and the give hints that you really like her. If she shows intrest in you to, you can ask to go somewhere to gether like swimming pool, cinema or so. If you know she really likes you to you can ask here.

2) the Short way
just go to here and tell her you really like them, and ask if she will be your girlfriend^^
