Because of how hypocritical they are about it(Talking specifically about the OP). No one is scared or preocupied with it. However, when it is shoved down our throats everyday that woman are sexualized by misogynistic men, then they go out and sexualize themselves, while being mad at being sexualized in the first place!
No one cares about women sexualizing themselves, and they can do it all day any day and I wont care. However, to argue that men are sexualizing them while they wear outfits to purposefully make themselves look 'sexy' is just blatant hypocrisy.
It's like dressing up as a cop and acting like one, then being mad that people treat you like a cop.
