... It's about martial arts.. They're ganging up on people and beating the sh*t out of them and there are merciless beatings being given by a girl whom is as hypocritical as they get..
It may not be as violent as Black Lagoon(for example), but they sure aren't afraid of testing the laws.

To me this manhwa is just too typical and similar to what other manhwas I've read, it doesn't give of the feeling of being special, it's too mainstream..

Not even that, at least not compared to stuff I've seen. This is, at most, some normal beatings. Read things like Battle Royale, Tenjou Tenge, Wolf Guy or Basilisk. It's even less violent than HSDK, Freezing or Air Gear.

Yes there is fighting, but overall that's really not that severe.

I'm just referring to the feeling I get that the creators of this manhwa seems to be taking out their resentment in the form of manhwa.
The plot becomes too simplistic as a result.

Ikr, there's tonnes of manga that have the same plot as well. Although once in a while I can enjoy it, but it kinda gets repetetive when the next manga/manhwa you read has the same-ish sorta plot.

I caught up with the series, and it's sad but great.

At first the main character was a self-pitying kinda guy, but he's finally got some motivation.

IKR! at first i didn't want to finish it thinking that he doesn't have balls.. but thankfully I continued it! The story is really nice.
