Its depends on the occasion, culture, age and personal preference. Everyone has they own idea on what is appropriate and what they feel comfortable wearing. If a girl wants to wear tight clothes cos she likes it then she can. Why should people and men have to judge her and say "shes asking for it" coz you dont know what kind of person she is. First of all, your not allowed to attend school in your undies, second Highschool kids are dumb and young soo if they dont know any better shame on them and they shall suffer the consequences. If its an older gentleman who should no better then they are 100% to blame. clothing should not determine whether a girl gets harassed or not.
