Today I was watching bb ki vines (funniest vines in my country) bb suffered for 2 years with his funny vines and now in end of 2015 he became popular and got thousands of views on almost all his videos.but then I watch one more video in which one beautiful girl is just reacting on his vines and she got thousands of views on her first video In which she did nothing but making expressions and on the other hand their is bb who suffered for two years to get thousands of views

That's because the males encourage it, so it feeds on their ego, and also because a womans body is a lot more sexually attractive than a mans. The plump breasts and the thick thighs. Women are also naturally born to be prettier, so of course the attraction would steer more in their favor.

Not saying that men don't get attention but it has been shown that girls can win over attention just by displaying their body.
