Am I being needy when I want to hang out with my best friend once in a while?

You can hangout with him whenever he has time you don't gotta get jealous of his girlfriend. I don't see my friends for months sometimes and were still friends. Hangout with another friend if he's occupied.

That's sort of the point, he's the only friend I have left where I live, everyone has moved away for the time being :O

Feel your pain... (no pun intended) yea usually first girlfriends do this to guys, give him some time to finally realize she is crazy lol. I try to manage time between friends and my girlfriend but some of my friends are glued to there GF's....

No, he's not my only friend x) But he is my best friend, and the only around nowadays that I can hang out with. I am happy for him, of course I am

Its his 1st gf so he will spend most of the tym with her and u should support them as its their 1st tym which is the best feeling if u get1 u will understand y he doesnt spend much tym with u

When it comes to the looks department, none of them can really do anything better.. It's mean, but true x) Everything'll probably work itself out though. In a good way, not them breaking up

i would check to see if his girlfriend is one of those over controling ones. He may really want to hang with you, but she may be controlling him to hang with her, therofore makeing him break a promise. So see what you can about the girl, she may be part of the cause. But in essence, a girlfriend should be a best friend with benefits, and should allow both people, to go hang with their friends, instead of just each other.

Simply, he should be able to spend plenty of time with his girl, and with his friends and brother.

We see eye to eye. I've been thinking about that myself. He was acting really strange today, like he was hiding the reason why he had to hang out with her. This is none of my business though, so I can't really ask about that.

Of course. A commitment like that is quite different though. But even if you have a wife/husband, you still hang out with your friends I think what may make it a bit difficult is that she's not from here, so she doesn't have any friends here. It was the same thing with my ex. She didn't have any friends here, and she lived with me, so I had to spend a lot of time with her, so she wouldn't get lonely

lol, ofc. In this particular case, your firend should help his gf find some friends. Worst case scenrio, have him make friends with you guys lol, and your gfs if you have any.
