Kushina or Tsunade is my guess, maybe the 2 tails Jinchuriki, if I recall she was female.

Kushina seems like the most logical choice though, considering she was the 9 tails host, had insane sealing techniques, and was Uzumaki, so she probably had huge chakra reserves.

Cause there is only one Uchiha left alive!! Madara does not count since technically he is dead just a zombie but if you must there are only two Uchiha left alive.

Kishi stated at some point that he's not good at drawing them and that he can't seem to develop their characters, so he doesn't like working with them. Notice how few major female characters there are.
