Not that guy but I can relate so I might as well respond.

Nobody should even be thinking about that shit at 4. Idk about his circumstances but I wasn't sure what was going on with me. Looking back now I really wish I hadn't. And I still feel like 13 is too early because it literally is. At that point our bodies aren't even fully developed for ***, and they're too young for that. They should be focusing on other things.
