whats the truth behind Ginta and Ururu ? where did they came from ? who are they ? they do not seem to be Souls or even Mod-souls considering they aged during the timeskip

I'm pretty sure Ururu is Urahara's way of laughing at Mayuri. She's basically Nemu in all regards, i wouldn't be surprised if she turns out to be artificial.
