No restrictions mean that they can go into their jinchuriki forms. Just one was manhandling the likes of Darui, Kitsuchi and the combined powers of their two divisions. As a matter of fact, Kakuzu got taken out pretty easily unlike the Ginkaku jin. Imagine both of them fighting at the same time. The traps they have, their chakra cloak, speed, Sage's fan and durability allow them to trump these two mainly CQC based fighters. Katsuyu gets electrocuted by the Sage's fan shooting raiton. Although Katsuyu isn't much of a factor since its acid would also end up melting Tsunade and Sakura if they end up fighting in close quarters against these two. Furthermore, a V2 cloak can most likely protect them.

Oh and when Sakura says Shanaroo, she gets her soul sealed away. As for Byakogou, that will be a tough problem but they can probably outlast it or just seal them away.

Gin and Kin win mid-high difficulty IMO.
