well title says it all but who would win? i think 3rd raikage and kakshi, what do you think?

I agree with you, Kakashis intel (plus advanced moveset) could figure out how to beat their sage weapons

And 3rd Raikage has the power to box the 8tails so he could handle the aspect of the Kyuubi chakra going into multi-tail form.

Raikage battled the eight tails. With kakshi's help this is a cake walk.

3rd raikage gets sealed probably. hes close range meaning he will be touched by the rope. if one of the bros gets in trouble they can go to 6 tailed. the other completes the seal.
plus these guys beat tobirama and survived inside kyuubi. they are tough as nails
