Hmm... This is a tough one. Kinkaku and Ginkaku are pretty beast since they can eat the Kyuubi's flesh and survived. But Kisame was called the Tailess Tailed Beast. So if all the Seven Swordsmen are as powerful as Kisame then I think that the Seven Swordsmen might win. This is just my logic though

Kisame was extremely powerful, even compared to his Seven Swordsmen team members he was abnormally strong.
I believe that 7 v 2 would be just too much against Kinkaku and Ginkaku.
After sealing 2 Swordsmen, the rest will eventually figure out the gimmick.

- Zabuza's Sword just cuts them to pieces after their Tailed Beast defense is gone.

Off Topic: It would be bad ass if someone had Blood Release and was using Zabuza's Sword.
