Who would be the best fight for Gin Ichimaru from the Gotei 13?

Best battle: Whomever has the best answer to long range attacks and around his strength level. This means it is a Mid-High-captain strength Soul Reaper.
Shunsui,Jushiro,All of Zero Division and Kenpachi are out of the Question (Yama and Aizen are out of his league too , but they're dead so mehh), This means that Byakuya or Rojuro are his best match depending on what Rojuro's bankai actually is.

I have to go with kenpachi also, because I am curious as to what would happen to Gin's "Shinsō/Kamishini no Yari" when it collides with the brick wall of spiritual pressure that is Kenpachi, would it pierce/poison him? I'm not so sure because as we all know a battle between Shinigami is a battle of spiritual pressure and Kenpachi absolutely owns Gin in that area but Ginstill managed to poison Aizen who also has a ton more spiritual pressure than Gin so it would be really interesting to see how Kenpachi would respond to this.

Byakuya is a good match for Gin, Kenpachi would be a good match but with the way Ken leaves openings when fighting, Gin might bag this early. Gin would own Soifon if not murder.
