Ninjutsu is created by the harmony of mind and body. When the mind and body are equally stable, the user is able to flow chakra into his body. Once chakra is released and flows through a chakra circulatory system, the user has to learn chakra control. Once they disipline the basics of chakra control, ninjas are now able to create ninjutsu, and the best chakra control (not necessarily precised as Tsunade) they are able to perform stronger jutsus.

Cry harder! Correct! Now, for using ninjutsu you need to master two basic concepts: Shape and Nature Manipulations. Mastering both is quite hard and that is why most jutsu require hand seals and some time. However, the jutsu i'm about to teach you focuses only in Shape Manipulation. With me so far?

*I concentrate my chakra inside my body, then channelize it into my hands. Once in my hands, I concentrate hard into the shape of the cube, thinking in the form and shape of it. As I'm thinking of it, I release chakra and mold it, slowly starting to make a cubical shape*
Put a bit more chakra and compress it more. The construct has to be solid. Also, the hands serve to help you but if you want you can manifest it purely with your mind. Its actually cooler!

Using basic chakra shape manipulation, the user is capable of making small, simple and "solid" chakra constructs like cubes, spheres, kunais, pillars, etc. These are manifested and visible in a light blue color, although remaining quite transparent. These chakra constructs are weaker than Elemental Jutsu that require advanced Shape and Nature Manipulation but are as strong as normal, unfocused Elemental Jutsus.
Note: Can only be taught by Scorps or Zenryoku
Note2: Constructs are created within short range of the user
Note3: Can only be used once per turn, up to 4 times.
Now basic things you need to know:
-Consctructs are made within short range of you but can be thrown up to mid range.
-You can make any shape you want to any purpose you desire.
-The constructs can be used to propel you against any surface except air (water and earth are fair game so you can use this like doton no jutsu but in water also)
-The constructs are solid, not hollow
-The constructs are as strong as unfocused elemental jutsus like for example Water Style: Shockwave but are not as strong as focused and advanced elemental jutsus like Lightning Style: False Darkness Spear. This happens because those types of jutsu require a more advanced shape and nature manipulation than simple chakra.
You can't teach it to anyone nor use it against me even if i'm a d!ck towards you...U_U
