Don't know. Byakuya, he was portrayed as one of the fastest, but again Gin in FKT was able to keep up with Ichigo who was significantly faster than Byakuya.

Byakuya, he was able to survive, even though As Nodt destroyed his stomach.

Byakuya, there is no doubt about this.

I will give this to Gin, since his stats in databook is higher.

Gin win without much effort, low to mid diff.

Scenario 2: Gin vs Current Byakuya

Considering how much Renji and Rukia got stronger, Byakuya should be able to beat him.
