What are the GIMP requirements?

I have
Pentium 4 1.5 GHz
256MB RAM
80GB HDD
Rage 128 Pro AGP 4X TMDS
Windows XP Professional SP2

Is it ok?

Please don't ask why i own a old pc.
My laptop is under repair so i have to use my old pc.
