Long story short, I made my own bar & added a shine effect to it U_U But when I finished, I was a little upset with the result

As you can see , it's solid white on the left side. What I need help on, is to make the left side appear white to transparent like the right side of the shine

I appreciate any help given =D

Not to sound obvious, but shouldn't you try flipping the shine image and resave the template?

I don't know much about using shine, but I assume that's the answer.

If not then disregard this post. :win:

I had the same problem, but I found that using the blur tool to blur the solid white part sorta helps it.

Ehh, there's a few ways you could go about this. You could duplicate the shine you made, then mirror it and attach it to the other side so it goes transparent-white-transparent. Or if you don't want it to be that large of a shine, try cutting what you have in half (the shine), then taking the more transparent side and duplicating then mirroring that and connecting it to the other side. I don't know if what I just said makes sense but yeah o_o.

If all else fails, just download a shine effect from online somewhere.
