Gildarts takes this in my opinion. He has that raw power that seems just unstoppable. I (obviously) don't have any proof that he can win it's just that from looks and pure power he looks like he has the capability to beat Jellal. Although, if Jellal was Gildarts' age I think he could beat him with new power and experience.

I'm going with Gildarts.

Jellal has a surprisingly good counter to Gildarts's strength (namely being able to stay away from him, and attack with long range attacks), but Gildarts's destruction magic is probably powerful enough to destroy these.

I also think that his dstruction magic will be able to deal with Heavenly body magic, but this is my opinion

I would have to say Gildarts. Half that reason is because he tripped and distorted a town. I just don't think Jellal has the power to stand up to him.
