Naruto shippuden epsiode 343 was released and as soon as it was released i saw a gif in this episode in a signature of a member so guys plz how do i get a gif for my signature or u guys do the gif????

You already have a gif in your signature.

They most likely got it from a website or made it themselves. Like tumblr, deviantart and reddit.

Well do it when you get on a computer or laptop if you have one.
If you don't know how to change your signature how did you do it before? You have to scroll to the very top left corner of the page until you see "User Cp" then you scroll down to setting until you see "Edit Signature".

Idk how it works on ipad its touch screen right? if so hold your finger on the image you want and some options should pop up such as "Open Image". Pick that and once it opens it just copy the url address above then do what I said above and you should be able to change your sig

edit: If you still don't get it maybe have some of the staff help you
