Gif Resize Request?

So Kenpatchi being my favourite character of Bleach, I thought, hey why not ,

Is there anyway you can resize this Gif to 150x300 Premium Size, but still keep most of its quality?
Still not sure its possible.. really hope it is

Enlarging an image or gif will cause it to lose quality regardless.. and making a gif bigger results in a bigger file size O_O I could do it but it's impossible to meet your demands xd

I got exactly the same that guy made, I suppose making two gifs out of it would lower the file size, or maybe you'll just have to be satisfied with 150x200 xd

This looks good to me and less then half the size O_O beside the fact that the face isn't completely visible.. if you don't mind only having this part of the gif I could probably edit it so that the face shows better

Its a hard one really, cus I kinda liked the first part better, maybe if I found another gif thats shorter? hmm

Yes, that'd be better o.o should limit avatars to GIFs with only a few frames.

Erhh.. it's now 165px in height, if I make it 300 it would lose way too much quality.

But, I'll find a good video of Kenpachi and make you a good one o-o

Very awesome imo, but they need to be under 1 MB.. xd
